Meet the Nurse
My name is Monika Kuczek, and this is my fifth year working at PCSST, where I currently serve the 2–3
Campus. I am very excited to step into the role of Head Nurse for the 2025–2026 school year.
I began my nursing career at Passaic County Community College, where I earned my RN degree. I later
completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Montclair State University and obtained my New Jersey
School Nurse Certification from New Jersey City University.
Before joining PCSST, I worked full-time as a pediatric field nurse, an experience that strengthened my
passion for working with children and public health. I also continue to work per diem as a nurse
supervisor at a pediatric home care agency, supporting and providing comfort to our youngest patients
and their families.
I am honored to serve the PCSST community and look forward to supporting the health and well-being
of all our scholars.
I am looking forward to a healthy and happy school year!

Our Mission
At PCSST, it is always our mission to ensure the proper delivery of nursing and school health services that help facilitate the educational process by improving the health and wellness of our students and staff. We operate in compliance with the New Jersey Statutes Annotated (N.J.S.A. 18A), the New Jersey State Administrative Code (N.J.A.C. 6A), and the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services (Chapter 14) Sanitary Code. As nurses, this helps define our responsibilities, and our mission to continuously advocate for the health and safety of our students.
