NOTICE OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT IN ACCORDANCE with Public Law 1975, Chapter 231,
known and designated as the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA), the advertised regular meetings
of the PCSST Board of Trustees will be conducted in person. Although the meetings will continue
to be streamed live via Zoom at the link below, there will be no public comments taken from
individuals viewing Board of Trustees meetings on the Zoom platform. Public comments will only
be accepted from individuals present at the in-person meeting. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-9.1, which
permits a public body to provide electronic notice for the purposes of OPMA notification, notice
of meetings of the PCSST Board of Trustees will be provided on the PCSST website at Board
Meetings Calendar – PCSST, and is being provided to The Record and Herald News. Meeting
agendas will reflect, to the extent practicable, matters necessary for the continuing operation of
PCSST. Formal action may be taken.
The Board of Trustees will open its meetings at 7:00 p.m. and go into executive session for
approximately a half hour. After public session is reconvened, members of the general public
present at the in-person meeting will be invited to participate and comment.
