Family Literacy and Math Night

PCSST’s K–7 Family Literacy and Math Night brought scholars, families, educators, and school leaders together for an engaging evening focused on strengthening learning beyond the classroom. Families participated in interactive, hands-on activities that demonstrated practical strategies and resources to support ELA and math at home.

A special highlight was our book drive, which allowed families to select books to build home libraries, expanding access to reading materials and fostering a culture of reading. Our educators led engaging sessions, distributed instructional materials, and shared actionable ways to reinforce learning. Additionally, our Multilingual Learning educators provided valuable resources to support language development and academic success.

Overall, the event strengthened the partnership between PCSST and our families while reinforcing our commitment to helping every scholar grow as a reader, mathematician, and lifelong learner.
