Updates – 4/10/2020

The following is additional information for families who may be struggling at this time.

  • Food Assistance: New Jersey’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) offers food assistance benefits to any qualified, low-income New Jersey household (including single individuals). Click here to apply or call 800-609-3663 for assistance over the phone.

  • Utilities: For the duration of the COVID-19 crisis, utilities including power, heat, and water will not be shut off for any residential customers.

Taxes: NJ has extended the tax filing deadline. Both individuals and companies have until July 15th to file their tax returns.
