6th-Grade Trip to the Junior Achievement BizTown

On March 13 and March 24, our sixth grade students attended Junior Achievement BizTown in Edison, NJ. This was the culminating activity for our Financial Literacy unit of Social Studies, allowing students to get a first hand experience of working in the real world. Students worked for companies such as UPS, Chick-Fil-A, and Citizens Bank, earning and spending their paychecks and completing real-world activities like applying for health insurance and opening a savings account. Special thanks to our JA Biztown volunteers, who took time out of their busy schedules to work with our students and ensure they had the best experience!

Flyer for a free event on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the PCSST High School Gymnasium. The design features photos of student dancers and guitarists, a sombrero graphic, and festive decorative banners.
