On March 5th, our school proudly hosted Rhythm and Soul Night, a vibrant celebration of Black History Month that brought our community together through culture, creativity, and reflection. The evening featured powerful student performances that highlighted music, dance, and spoken word, showcasing both talent and meaningful storytelling. We were also honored to welcome members of Greek organizations, whose step performances energized the audience and paid tribute to long-standing traditions of unity and pride. A special highlight of the night was an inspiring speech delivered by a former councilman Anthony Eboney Davis, who shared words of wisdom on leadership, perseverance, and the importance of honoring Black history year-round. Rhythm and Soul Night was a memorable and uplifting event that celebrated heritage, amplified student voices, and strengthened our sense of community.
