This program is designed to provide our students with the essential skills and credentials needed to begin a meaningful career in healthcare.
This blended-training program offers hands-on clinical instruction in phlebotomy (blood draws), patient assessment, vital signs, infection control, and basic patient care. It also includes professional development and preparation for national certifications.
Students enrolled in this medical course will benefit from:
* Expert instruction and curriculum oversight from William Paterson University faculty.
* Real-world practice through clinical lab sessions.
* Preparation for national certifications recognized by hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
* A clear pathway for continued opportunities in various healthcare fields.
This pilot class is ideal for individuals eager to make a difference in patient care and provides a strong foundation for future growth in medical assisting, nursing support roles, or other allied health careers.
