PCSST is a Revolutionary School
This year, PCSST is proud to announce its partnership with the Department of Education and RevolutionNJ as a Revolutionary School. This collaboration provides a statewide network for PCSST educators to enhance their understanding of New Jersey’s role in the American Revolution through professional development and teaching resources. The program’s goal is to foster civic engagement and provide students with a deeper appreciation of the rich history New Jersey played in our revolutionary past.
As part of this partnership, our scholars had the exclusive opportunity to participate in a special event on Wednesday, September 17th. Our AP History students, accompanied by Mr. Brunciak and Mrs. Mustafa, attended “An Afternoon with Ken Burns” at NJPAC. At this event, students received a preview of Ken Burns’ new documentary, *The American Revolution*, and engaged in a discussion with the historians and filmmakers involved in the project. It was an amazing opportunity for our scholars.
