Zoo Trip

6th-Grade Turtle Back Zoo Trip
6th-grade scholars got an opportunity to visit Turtle Back Zoo on June 1st, 2026. They learned about different animals and their habitats. Some were lucky enough to interact with animals up close, including the birds in the aviary, the giraffes, and the stingrays.  They learned about animal characteristics and how they help them survive in their environments, as well as other adaptations that help each species survive to the next generation. Everyone had a great time at the zoo!
