Visit to JA Biztown

6th-Grade Visit to JA Biztown, 3/13/2026

On Friday, March 13, and Monday, March 16, our 6th-grade students transitioned from the classroom to the workforce during their visit to JA BizTown. After weeks of preparation, students took on the roles of CEOs, tellers, technicians, and consumers, putting their economic knowledge to the test. Throughout the day, they managed business accounts, processed payroll, navigated local government, and even learned the delicate balance of personal budgeting. It was a thrill to watch them collaborate, solve problems under pressure, and experience the responsibility of keeping a community running smoothly
