The first marking period parent-teacher conferences were held in the 4-7 Grade Wabash Campus on Thursday, October 12th. This event was an opportunity for parents to meet with their children’s teachers and discuss the progress that has been made during the first marking period of school. The conference ran from 1:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., giving each family ample time to have a meaningful conversation with their child’s teacher.
During these conferences, teachers provided information about grades and assignments that had been completed by students thus far in the year as well as any areas where improvement could be seen or targeted goals set for future success. Parents also had an opportunity to ask questions regarding curriculum and expectations so they could better understand what is expected of their students throughout the rest of this academic year.
