CHECK YOUR CHILD'S PROGRESS ONLINE WITH THE STUDENT INFORMATION DATABASE
Dear Parents,
At PCSST, our focus is always on student performance. The education of
your child requires their effort, the effort from our staff/faculty, and
from you as the parents. Your involvement and support is imperative for
your child's success. It's one of our priorities to communicate with parents on how their
child's progress at school. For this purpose, the PCSST Student
Information Database is available for your use.
The student information database has three modules:
- Admin module,
- Teacher module,
- Parent module.
The parent's module of this system will help you keep you up-to-date on educational
issues, and your student's progress at school. This system gives you
real-time updated information about your child's progress, attendance
records, daily grades,
assignment, homework and more. This is a great opportunity to closely
monitor your child's performance.
In order to login to the
database, you need to receive a
username and a password from the school.
When you get your username and password, point your browser
to http://www.pcsst.org, on
the right-hand side of the front page you will see the login
panel for Student Information Database. Type your login info and
click on login button.

COURSES TAB
The Courses Tab will give you information about the classes your child is
taking. When you select a subject from the left hand side table you will
see all the details about the class, such as class name, teacher
information, scores, grades, attendance summary, comments from the
teacher, etc.
You can email the teacher at any time if you have a question or concern, instead of waiting
for formal conferences.
ATTENDANCE TAB
The Attendance Tab gives you details about your child's attendance
records. The daily attendance is taken during the Homeroom. After the
homeroom, each and every teacher is taking the attendance on a period by
period basis.
GRADES TAB
The Grades Tab gives you information about average letter grade from
each class for the current term and the comments from each teacher.
RESULTS TAB
The Results Tab gives you the average letter grades for all the terms
and the Final Average resulted from the terms until the current
term.
ASSIGNMENTS TAB
The Assignments Tab gives you homework assignments for each class.
SCHEDULE TAB
The Schedule Tab gives the weekly class schedule and room information.
The last tab is for the Discipline issues. For now, PCSST does not use
this module. In the near future we will start using that module as well.
WE NEED YOUR E-MAILS
We often update and add new features to the system according to the
requests from teachers and parents. Very soon, the system will send
email notification to the parents whenever new entries are put in the
database. If you would like email notification about the new features
and additions to our database please call or email Mrs. Oral (our
secretary) and give her your email address.
VERY IMPORTANT TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Our student information database web site has been built, tested, and
optimized for use in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.
When we investigated some login problems to the system, we found out that
not all browsers work properly with our system, especially AOL browser.
If you still attempt to use our system with another
browser, please note that we cannot guarantee the site functionality or
reliability.
